If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 10 business days after receipt.

If the item is damaged in transit, we need photos of damaged areas and even the package from where it has been damaged. Shipping needs to paid by the buyer. Return the item in the original packaging along with free gifts if any.

Refund within 1-2 business days of receipt of the parcel from you. Also, provide the Tracking number after you return so that I can pay as soon as I receive the Parcel. Refund will be initiated after inspection and if there is any damage or wear and tear in shipping or any other reason then the buyer has to pay charges for the same.
